What is happening?
There have been a lot ( A LOT ) of energetic shifts happening in the world. As an empath I am more sensitive to the shifts on a visceral level. This means I experience the ebb and flow of emotions slightly differently than everyone else. I harness my energetic communication, always learning and balancing the 3D and 4D realities. Living in the 3D world, especially with the state of the current reality- proves to be difficult. The most important aspect to all of the energetic shifts is to make sure that you’re able to maintain focus and keep yourself grounded. Being grounded looks different for everyone - the one on one sessions help with bringing you into a higher vibrational space and finding what you need to stay grounded. With the massive amount of external inputs happening - it’s more important than ever to maintain yourself. Make sure you’re carving out a little time in every day to intentionally bring yourself back to center. This is going to look different for everyone. Your time can be sleeping- listening to music- playing a video game- cleaning - organizing - driving around - connecting to nature. Whatever your version of activity is that brings you to center - is whatever your version of activity is that brings you to center. Today instead of waking up and scrolling on my phone - it’s becoming more and more of a habit I’m trying to move away from - especially with the new use of AI and now every picture and news post has the potential to be something ingenuine that’s been created and requires a deeper dive into the source. The standard scroll will lead to what becomes hours of me trying to figure out what reality is - and frankly I’m aware enough of my own reality that in times like this where there is so much room for error and manipulation- I’ll be limiting my time. I finished a book today, that’s my second one in about a weeks time -I AM was the name of the first one and I’ll be recommending this one to many people. The writer has a perfect grasp on explaining just enough so that you’re able to understand and at the same time dive deeper into yourself.
My tip for today - bring your energy back to you. Find a few moments to sit with yourself and feel what you’re feeling. Feel the way your body feels, your breathing. Is your intuition whispering anything to you. When you call your energy back to you it makes a huge difference in understanding what is meant for you and what is not.
